Terms of Use
Clipboard History Keyboard app (iPhone) · Effective October 16, 2026
1. Acceptance and license
By installing or using the app you agree to these terms and to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement for Licensed Applications (Standard EULA), which applies to the app. If they conflict about the license to the app, Apple's EULA prevails.
2. What the app does
The app keeps a history of what you copy on your iPhone and lets you paste, share, or drag those items again. It relies on iOS features: it keeps what you copy only while the keyboard is on screen or the app is open.
3. Free and Pro plans
- Free: your 3 most recent texts or links.
- Pro: photos, videos, documents, screenshot import, and your last 10 items, plus pinned ones.
4. Subscriptions and billing
- Pro is sold as a weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly subscription. The price and currency are shown on the plans screen, in your country's store currency, before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at purchase confirmation. The subscription renews automatically at the same price and period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Eligible accounts may get a 3-day free trial. Billing starts when it ends, unless you cancel before.
- You manage and cancel in Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Refunds are decided by Apple.
- If the subscription ends, your history is not deleted, but Pro features are locked.
5. Your content
What you copy belongs to you and stays only on your device. You are responsible for what you copy and keep and for using the app in accordance with the law. Do not use the app to infringe the rights of others.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the app working, but it may change, stop working on some iOS version, or have features changed. iOS limits are part of how the app works.
7. Warranties and liability
The app is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for the loss of history items, and we recommend you keep a copy of anything important. Nothing here limits rights that the consumer protection law of your country guarantees and that cannot be waived.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the version in force is the one on this page. These terms are governed by Brazilian law, without removing consumer rights under the law of the country where you live.
