The keyboard is not saving what I copy
Add the keyboard in Settings › General › Keyboard › Keyboards › Add New Keyboard and choose Clipboard. Then tap the keyboard's name in the list and turn on "Allow Full Access": that is what lets it keep what you copy. In any app, touch and hold the globe icon on the keyboard and choose Clipboard. The app also has a step-by-step guide: app Settings › See step by step.
Only what I copy while the keyboard is on screen is saved
iPhone does not let any app read the clipboard in the background. Your history saves what you copy while the keyboard is on screen or the app is open. If you copy several things in a row without the keyboard showing up, only the last one is saved.
iPhone asks whether the app can paste
That is an iOS prompt. To stop the app from asking every time, open Settings › Clipboard › Paste from Other Apps and choose Allow.
Photos, videos, and documents look locked
On the Free plan the app keeps your 3 most recent texts and links. Photos, videos, documents, and screenshot import are part of Pro. On Free, new photos, videos, and documents are not saved. If you were a subscriber before, what was saved during the subscription stays on the device and comes back as soon as Pro is active again. If you already subscribe and still see the lock, tap "Restore Purchases" on the plans screen (app Settings › See Pro plans).
My screenshots do not show up
Screenshot import is part of Pro. Turn on "Bring in screenshots automatically" in the app's Settings and allow Photos. The app brings in the screenshots saved to Photos. If you use "Copy and Delete", each screenshot replaces the previous one, so prefer saving to Photos. In Settings › General › Screen Capture, turning off "Full-Screen Previews" saves screenshots automatically.
Changing the letter keyboard language
The letter keyboard follows your iPhone language. To pick another layout (Portuguese, English, Spanish, French, German, or Italian), open the app's Settings and use "Letter layout".
Restoring or canceling your subscription
Open the app's Settings, tap "See Pro plans" (or "Pro active"), then "Restore Purchases", using the same Apple Account you bought with. To cancel, go to Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Deleting my data
Remove items inside the app or delete the app: the history exists only on the device. See the privacy policy.
